Ingredients:

  • 12 round hamburger buns, cut in half
  • 450 g cooked beef, cut into very thin slices
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup hot mustard
  • 3-4 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 3 tbsp. l. grated onion
  • 1 tbsp. horseradish mayonnaise
  • A drop of Worcestershire sauce
  • 250 g sliced ​​provolone cheese
  • 250 g of American processed cheese

Preparation:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, poppy seeds, grated onion, horseradish mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Taste the sauce and adjust the flavor to your liking.
  2. For assemblySpread the sauce on the top and bottom of the buns. Place some provolone, beef, and American cheese on the bottom bun, then top with the top bun. Repeat with the next sandwich.
  3. Wrap each sandwich in foil and refrigerate, then bake before serving. To bake, place them on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until the buns are slightly crispy and the cheese is melted.
