Chocolate-orange fondue topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
Fondue
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, dried and hulled
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 5-6 cm long slices.
- 350 grams thick, salty pretzels
- 120 g dried apricots
- 180 g roasted salted almonds
Rich chocolate dipping sauce
- 0.5 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 2 tsp dark rum
- 1/8 tsp. grated orange zest
Preparation:

Rich chocolate dipping sauce In a medium saucepan, bring the cream, sugar, cinnamon, and butter to a simmer over low heat. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate, and stir until melted. Before serving, stir in the rum and orange zest.
