Pancakes with chocolate, strawberries and caramel sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar or more if needed
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 6 ready chocolate pancakes
  • 6 tbsp. chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 6 tablespoons whipped cream
  • Caramel sauce
  • Cocoa powder, for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and orange liqueur and soak the strawberries in the mixture for 30-60 seconds.
  2. Place 1 crepe on a serving plate and carefully spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate spread, 1 tablespoon of whipped cream, and 1/4 cup of the strawberry mixture. Roll the crepes up. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  3. Serve immediately when ready, sprinkled with cocoa powder.
