Simple berry dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 4-5 candied ginger, grated
  • 1/4-1/3 cup honey, preferably orange, clover, or sage, plus extra for drizzling
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 4 cups blackberries

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, grated ginger, honey, and orange zest. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Divide the blackberries evenly among 4 dessert bowls, top with the yogurt mixture, and then drizzle with a little honey.
