Ingredients:
- 1.3 kg red potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter at room temperature
- 1/2 - 1 cup heavy cream at room temperature

Preparation:
- Place the potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan and cover with water to a depth of 2.5 cm. Bring to a boil, season with salt, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Then drain thoroughly.
