Bruschetta with almond paste and pine nuts

Ingredients:

  • Baguette, cut into thin slices
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Almond paste
  • Pine nuts
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread with butter and sprinkle with salt and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Remove the bread slices from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Spread a slice of bread almond pasteSprinkle with pine nuts, pressing them into the surface. Drizzle with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar.
