Sunday "Affogato"

Ingredients:

• 1.5 tbsp. l. amaretto liqueur
• 0.4 kg coffee ice cream
• 1/4 cup toasted sliced ​​almonds
• 2 amaretti cookies or Turkish almond cookies - Acibadem kurabie
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preparation:

1. Using a whisk or hand mixer, beat the heavy cream in a bowl until very thick but still runny. Add the amaretto and beat until soft peaks form.
2. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in a bowl, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of almonds, and top with a dollop of flavored whipped cream. Garnish with half of the finely grated amaretti cookies. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
