Ingredients:
- 650 g ready ground beef with beer (from Sandra Lee's Burgers recipe)
- 1/3 cup remaining red onion jam (from Sandra Lee's Burgers recipe)
- 1 egg
- 0.5 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup ketchup, divided
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with all the ingredients except 2 tablespoons of ketchup. Form the mixture into loaves in a baking dish.
- Brush the top and sides of the "bread" with the remaining ketchup. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 1 hour. Transfer to a serving platter and serve.
