Huntsman Burgertopcook.tomathouse.comPreparation:Lightly toss 170g of ground chuck beef with a generous pinch of coarse salt. Form into a ball, then into a 2cm thick patty. Make a well in the center. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and sprinkle with salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Add 2 thick slices of Huntsman cheese during the last minute of cooking.
