Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into 0.5 cm thick slices.
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 230 gr. cottage cheese
- 120 gr. Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 cans (430 g each) of sliced canned pears in syrup, drained
- 1/2 cup glazed pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly brush 1 side of each baguette slice with olive oil. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown, 5-7 minutes. Cool.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and Gorgonzola. Spread the cheese mixture on the toasts. Top with pear slices and glazed nuts. Sprinkle with parsley.
