Chocolate banana split in foil

Preparation:

Cut a small piece off the curved side of 4 unpeeled bananasto make them stand upright, then make a dent in the center of the other side through the peel. Place the bananas on a sheet of foil. Open the dents and brush the bananas with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar and fill each with 30g of chopped milk chocolate. Fold the edges of the foil over and seal.

Grill the foil-wrapped bananas on high until the chocolate begins to melt, 6 to 8 minutes. Before serving, separate the banana peels and top with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, garnish with whipped cream, nuts, and a maraschino cherry.
