Ingredients:
- 110 g softened butter
- 0.25 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cubes (60 g) unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup premium flour
- 0.5 cups of milk
- 2 tbsp. brewed coffee
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°C. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, and eggs. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir.
Add chocolate, milk, and coffee. Mix well. Pour into an 8-inch square baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
