Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 peeled banana from the freezer, cut into quarters
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 4 tsp. malt instant chocolate drink (or Nesquik)
  • 1 tsp strong coffee or 1/2 tsp instant espresso coffee

Preparation:

  1. Place the ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into tall glasses and drink before you run out.
