Ingredients:
- 2 bottles (750 ml) of red wine
- 6 allspice berries
- 1 tbsp. black peppercorns
- 2 star anise
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 piece (2.5 cm) fresh ginger, sliced
- 3 long strips of orange zest
- 3 long strips of lemon zest
- 3/4 cup honey
Preparation:
- Place allspice berries, black peppercorns, and star peppers into the filter of a geyser coffee maker. star anise, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and citrus zest. Pour in the wine and honey. Attach the strainer, close, and let steep for 1-2 hours. Serve hot.
