Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup for breading
  • 110 g of butter at room temperature, plus more for greasing the pan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter homogeneous consistency (paste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.5 cups of flour

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and butter until creamy.

    Add the egg to the mixture. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy. Add the salt, baking soda, and flour and mix.

    Roll the dough into 2.5 cm diameter balls and roll them in sugar. Place them on a baking sheet and press them down with a fork. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
