Grilled scallops topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 20 - 25 large scallops (about 1.3 kg)
- 5 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp lemon pepper
- Salsa, for serving
Preparation:
- Pat each scallop dry and place it on a tray. Drizzle with a little olive oil, brushing the scallops on all sides. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper and rub with spices on all sides. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Grill the scallops for about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
