Ingredients:
- 6 dessert spoons of thick peanut butter
- 900 g of ground beef
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
- 6 soft hamburger buns, cut into halves
- Lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and mayonnaise
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
- Heat peanut butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes, then reduce heat and keep warm.
- Prepare hamburger patties: Divide the ground beef into 6 portions, roll into balls, then form into patties. Place the patties in a cast-iron skillet, press down with a spatula, and season with salt and pepper. Fry on each side for approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Prepare hamburgers: Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, fry the buns in butter, pressing each one with a spatula, until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter. Place the patties on the bottom halves of the buns, spread with 1 dessert spoon of warm peanut butter, top with a tomato, top with a lettuce leaf, and trim the edges. Spread each top half of the bun generously with mayonnaise.
