Three-flavor popcorn

Ingredients:

    Cheese popcorn

  • 1 bag (100g) microwave popcorn (no flavors)
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l. freshly grated parmesan

    Sweet and spicy popcorn

  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1 bag (100g) microwave popcorn (no added flavors), ready-to-eat

    Popcorn Rocky Road

  • 1 bag (100g) microwave popcorn (no flavors)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, optional

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the popcorn according to package directions. While it's hot, carefully open the bag and pour everything into a large bowl. Drizzle the popcorn with oil and toss with your hands to coat completely. Add the cheese and toss again. Season with salt to taste. Let cool. Transfer to an airtight container and place in a lunchbox.
  2. Sweet and Spicy Popcorn:


    Add sugar, butter and chili powder Place in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on 50% power until the butter is melted, about 1 minute. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Pour over freshly popped popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Let cool. Transfer to an airtight container and place in a lunchbox.
  3. Popcorn Rocky Road:


    Prepare the popcorn according to package directions. While it's still hot, carefully open the bag and pour everything into a large bowl. Stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  4. Return the popcorn to the microwave. Microwave on high until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted, about 1 minute. Add the peanuts, if using, and stir with a spoon to coat the popcorn. Cool until the chocolate sets, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and place in a lunchbox.
