Chipotle Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
• 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese
• 1/2 clove of garlic

Preparation:

1. Place the chipotle peppers in a food processor, add the sour cream and garlic. Puree until smooth. Add salt to taste.
