Grilled Lemon Pepper Potatoes with Sour Cream

Preparation:

Cut 0.7 kg red potatoes into 1 cm thick slices; toss with olive oil and lemon pepperPlace on a sheet of heavy-duty foil; form into a parcel and crimp to seal. Grill, turning once, for 15 minutes; season with salt. Combine 1/2 cup sour cream with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, a few chopped chives, a pinch of sugar, and salt and black pepper to taste; serve with potatoes.
