Chocolate Malt Ice Cream Sandwich

Preparation:

Combine 2 tablespoons each of heavy cream and chocolate malt mixture; brush thin slices with mixture marble pound cakeCombine 1/4 cup chocolate malt mixture with 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream; sandwich the ice cream between the cake slices, cream-side down. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Cut each sandwich in half and roll the cut sides in crunchy chocolate chips.
