Ingredients:
- 1 small head kohlrabi or young white turnip, shredded
- 1/4 head of Savoy cabbage
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/2 head of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
Preparation:
- Prepare the dressing in a salad bowl: Mix lemon juice, dill, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and ground pepper with olive oil.
Add kohlrabi and savoy cabbage, season with salt and pepper to taste.
