Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. quick-cooking oats
- 1.5 cups frozen pitted cherries
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, pour 1/4 cup hot water over the oats and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a blender, add the oats, cherries, yogurt, 2 tablespoons of cold water, honey, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
