Spaghetti squash with garlic, hot pepper and herbs

Preparation:

Place 2 spaghetti squash halves in a microwave-safe bowl; add 1/4 cup water, cover, and microwave for 16 minutes. Let cool slightly, then use a fork to flake the squash. Sauté 2 chopped garlic cloves in olive oil until golden brown. Add to the squash. Add 2 tablespoons each of chopped parsley, chives, and pickled cherry pepper; stir. Season with salt and pepper.
