Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups rice, rinsed in several waters
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp nut or vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, cut into rings
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the rice and cook for the time indicated on the package. Drain the rice in a sieve and rinse under running water.
- Heat the nut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sesame seeds and cook, stirring, until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the rice, green onions, sugar, and salt.
