Ingredients:
- 350 g fresh strawberries, washed, dried and cut in half lengthwise
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l. canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 2 cups arugula leaves
- Poppy seeds
Preparation:
- In a large serving bowl, combine the vinegar and sugar. Stir in the olive oil, canola oil, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Toss the arugula leaves with the dressing, add the strawberries and poppy seeds, and toss gently. Serve immediately.
