Sazerac cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. bitter "Peisho"
- 1/2 tsp. Angostura bitters
- 60 ml of cognac
- Absinthe
- Lemon zest, cut into a narrow strip
Preparation:
- Place sugar in a shaker, add Peychaud's bitters and Angostura, and a splash of water. Add cognac and ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly. Rinse a chilled short glass with absinthe. Then strain the cocktail into the glass and add a lemon zest.
