Juice with celery, kale, and chia seeds

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup parsley leaves
  • 2 medium stalks of celery
  • 3 medium kale leaves with stems
  • 1/2 large juicy lemon, peeled and cored
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Using the appropriate juicer settings for each produce, juice in this order: tomatoes and parsley (together), celery, cabbage and lemon.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and let steep for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, with ice cubes if desired.
    Exit: 250 gr.
