Champagne with Pomegranate Cocktail

Preparation:

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
240 gr. pomegranate juice
90 g of Saint-Germain elderflower liqueur
1 bottle of champagne, chilled
6 sprigs of mint

Place 1 teaspoon of pomegranate seeds in the bottom of 6 champagne flutes. Fill halfway with liqueur and pomegranate juice and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with mint leaves.
