Beer punch

Ingredients:

  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 bottles (330 ml each) of cold beer (recommended: Corona or Pilsner)

Preparation:

  1. Add strawberries, blueberries, sugar, grenadine, and lime juice to a bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves as much as possible. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring several times to release the juices.
  2. When ready to serve, divide the mixture between 4 glasses. Pour 170 ml of beer into each glass and stir gently. Your beer punch is ready!
