Japanese cocktail "Saketini"

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 90 ml lychee-flavored sake
  • Lychee (Chinese plum)
  • 30 gr. pomegranate juice

Preparation:

  1. Squeeze the lychee juice into a martini shaker. Fill the shaker 2/3 full with ice. Add the sake and shake vigorously. Place the lychee in the martini glasses.

    Strain the cocktail into glasses. Carefully pour the pomegranate juice into the martini glasses, allowing it to spread across the surface of the cocktail.
