Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup rum
- 12 cups of ready-made popcorn
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup light raisins
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Combine corn syrup, butter, sugar, rum, and mini marshmallows in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat, stirring, for 5 to 10 minutes, until thickened.
Add the light-colored raisins and a pinch of salt. Remove the pan from the heat and fold in the popcorn using a rubber spatula.
Grease your hands with butter and form popcorn balls, then roll the rum and raisin balls in powdered sugar.
