Sangria "Sunset"

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Rioja wine
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dark spiced rum
  • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1 navel orange, sliced ​​into rounds
  • 1 lemon, sliced ​​into rounds
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced ​​into wedges
  • 3 ripe plums, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Berries for decoration (raspberries, blackberries)
  • Sparkling water for serving

Preparation:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine sugar, rum, orange liqueur, fruit, and a cinnamon stick. Pour in a bottle of wine and chill the sangria for several hours.

    To serve, arrange the fruit in glasses or goblets and pour in the wine. Top the glasses with a splash of sparkling water.
