Ingredients:
- 2 limes, halved (make slits in the peel)
- 16-22 Cuban or curly mint leaves, halved
- 90 - 115 ml sugar syrup
- 225 - 340 ml light rum
- Carbonated water
- 4 sticks of sugarcane (optional)
Preparation:
- Prepare a cocktail with a build, that is, directly in the glass: In each glass, mix 1/2 lime, 4-6 mint leaves, 20-30 ml. of sugar syrup and mash.
Fill each glass with ice, then pour in 60-90 ml of rum and shake well. Add a splash of soda water and garnish with a sugar cane stick.
