Ingredients:

  • 12 crushed and minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced ​​into half rings
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

Preparation:

  1. Using a wooden spoon, mash the garlic and salt. Heat the garlic mixture, pepper, onion, cumin, and oil in a frying pan. Sauté over low heat until the onion is translucent. Add the orange and lime juice and bring to a simmer. Serve with pieces of cooked cassava.
