Glazed onion sets

Ingredients:

  • 500 g frozen or pickled onion sets
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preparation:

  1. Combine onion sets, chicken broth, molasses, apple cider vinegar, butter, salt, and pepper in a skillet. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has reduced, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
