Fairytale chocolate toffee

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of creamy marshmallows (clouds)
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar (royal diamonds)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened condensed milk (mountain snow)
  • 1/4 cup butter (candy bricks)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (dried sea)
  • 3 cups milk chocolate granules (from Milky Way)
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts (Lost Forest)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (from Magic Island)

Preparation:

  1. Line a 20x20 cm baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine the marshmallow fluff, sugar, condensed milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a full boil over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and add milk chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the nuts and vanilla.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Cut into small squares and wrap in a dream wrapper or parchment paper.
