Peppadew Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 170 g of soft goat cheese with herbs, room temperature
  • 24 Peppadew peppers
  • 1 bunch of chives

Preparation:

  1. Place the goat cheese in a zip-lock bag. Snip off the corner of the bag and pipe the cheese into the peppers.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve and sprinkle with chives.
