Apple cider sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups natural non-alcoholic apple cider
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • A pinch of coarse salt

Preparation:

  1. Simmer the apple cider in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon, 10–15 minutes. Add the cream and salt and cook until the desired consistency is reached, another 2–3 minutes.
