Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Preparation:
- Whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Add the bourbon and sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form when held upright. Chill the whipped cream and serve cold.
