Ingredients:
- 1 liter of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 960 ml orange juice (packaged or freshly squeezed)
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 liter of seltzer water
- 1 pineapple, cut into 2 cm cubes and freeze
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and frozen
- 1 orange, cut into thin slices
- 4 cups light rum
Preparation:
- In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and seltzer water. Stir well.
- Place frozen pineapple and strawberry chunks into the punch to keep it warm. Garnish with orange slices. Add rum, if desired.
