topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

    Wontons

  • 220 g of minced pork
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil + extra for greasing
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1.5 tsp grated garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoons of ginger
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 24–26 square pieces of wonton dough

    Dip sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. black vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp. sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Preparation:

  1. Wontons:

Preheat the air fryer to 160°C. In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Lay the wonton dough pieces out on a work surface. Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling into the center of each piece of dough. Wet the edges of the dough and fold them in half to form a triangle. Pinch the two bottom corners together to form an open envelope. Brush both sides of the wonton with sesame oil.
  3. Place the wontons in the air fryer basket. Cook, turning halfway through, until golden brown, 10 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.

    Dip sauce:

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and green onions.
