Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 60 g chopped bittersweet chocolate
- 60 g of heavy cream
- 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 280 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Preparation:
- Place the chocolate in a small bowl, pour the cream over it, and place it over a saucepan of simmering water (the water shouldn't touch the bottom of the bowl!), stirring until the chocolate melts. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Place half of the chocolate cream in a blender along with the bananas, yogurt, milk, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the bottom and sides of two large glasses. Fill each glass with smoothie and serve immediately.
