Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- Juice of 2 limes
- 0.5 cup fresh strawberries, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced (seeds can be removed)
Preparation:
- Place the flesh of two avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Dice the remaining avocado. Mix it with the avocado puree, strawberries, cilantro, onion, cumin, mango, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper again.
