Ingredients:
Cocktail
- 4 cups sweet tea (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp. peach nectar
- 1 cup bourbon
- 4 lemon wedges, for serving
- 4 sprigs of mint, for garnish
Peach nectar
- 3 cups frozen peaches, thawed
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
- Special equipment: blender
Preparation:
- Combine tea, peach nectar and bourbon in a pitcher filled with ice.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
Peach nectar: Output: 1 l.
Combine the peaches, 2 cups of water, lemon juice, and sugar (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the peach nectar through a fine sieve. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
