Sparkling pink lemonade topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp pink peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 and 1/4 cups chilled pink lemonade
- 3/4 cup gin
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of sparkling rose wine
Preparation:
- Combine peppercorns, sugar, and lemon zest in a shallow bowl. Crush with the back of a wooden spoon. Moisten the rims of 6 glasses with a little lemonade, then dip them in the pepper mixture.
- Combine lemonade, gin, and sparkling wine in a pitcher. Fill prepared glasses with ice, then add the cocktail.
