Buffalo Chicken Pizza topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 350 g chicken breast cutlets (lightly beaten chicken breast fillet)
- Olive oil
- 2 tsp grill seasoning (ingredients: coarse salt, ground pepper mix, garlic powder, vegetable oil, ground paprika)
- 1 ready-made pizza dough, available at your favorite pizzeria
- Corn flour or regular flour, for the dough
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, to taste, by eye
- 2-3 tbsp hot sauce (medium)
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated cheese, a few good handfuls
- 0.5 cup finely crumbled blue cheese
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Also, heat a grill pan thoroughly.
- Drizzle the chicken breast cutlets with olive oil and season with grill seasoning. When the pan is hot enough, add the cutlets and cook for three minutes on each side.
- Dust your work surface with cornflour or regular flour and roll out the pizza dough. Letting the dough sit at room temperature for a while will make it easier to roll. Once rolled out, place it on a baking sheet and clean your work surface.
- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the hot, tomato, and Worcestershire sauces.
- Remove the chicken cutlets from the pan and chop them finely. Add the slices to the sauce and cover. Arrange the chicken and sauce on the pizza dough. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped green onions. Bake in the oven for 18 minutes, or until the pizza is crispy.
