Ingredients:

  • 4 cups coffee ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for sprinkling
  • Whipped cream for serving
  • 4 coffee beans for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Combine ice cream, milk, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish each cocktail with a coffee bean and a pinch of spices and serve immediately.
