Ingredients:
- 1/4 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp chopped pickled ginger
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, and a generous pinch of salt. Gradually whisk in the vegetable oil, starting with a few drops, then gradually add the rest until you have a smooth, slightly thick dressing. Add a couple of pinches of black pepper.
