Creamy Green Onions

Ingredients:

  • 4 bunches of green onions
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation:

  1. Place 4 bunches of chopped green onions in a saucepan with 1/4 cup water; bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1 chopped garlic clove; uncover and cook until reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
